Shipping Policy for Ocilowe

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: $10 AUD, estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: $15 AUD, estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days.
  • Free shipping on orders over $100 AUD.

Returns & Exchanges Policy – Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning or exchanging items.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your items, as Ocilowe is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and any additional shipping fees for exchanges will also be the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship Australia-wide. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. 

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us at hello@ocilowe.com within  7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
  • Note: Ocilowe is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs clearance.

Returns Due to Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Ocilowe is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers (if applicable).
  • Hazardous or restricted items may not be shipped to certain locations.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • For Australian customers, GST is included in the product price. No additional duties or taxes will apply.
